We provide Work Cover injury assessments to support employees during recovery and return-to-work planning. Our medical team aims to provide appropriate evaluations, treatment planning, and care coordination for injured workers. We liaise with employers and insurers to assist with a coordinated recovery process.

Worker’s
Compensation Advisory Sessions

Consultations related to workers’ compensation are billed using WorkCover-approved rates.
Patients must provide billing details, including an authorisation number and insurance company name, during their appointment. Worker’s compensation certification must be paid upfront by the patient and may be claimable from the insurer, depending on the policy and claim approval. Our doctors will bill the insurance company directly for any additional reports or case conferences.
Please note that standard consultations are not covered by insurance and must be paid on the day. If you don’t have a claim number, your employer may cover the consultation cost using AMA (Australian Medical Association) rates. When booking, please specify if your appointment is for workers’ compensation or a third-party claim. Medicare rebates do not apply to these consultations.
