We Are a
Mixed Billing Practice
Our independent doctors primarily operate on a private billing basis, with payments accepted via cash, EFTPOS, or credit card excluding American Express at the time of consultation. Medicare rebates can be processed electronically for direct deposit. If you have any financial concerns, please speak with your doctor or our practice manager we’re here to support you. Your health and well-being remain our top priority.
Do you offer bulk billing?
Most of our doctors charge private fees, so you’ll need to pay on the day using cash, EFTPOS, or credit card except American Express. If you’re eligible for a Medicare rebate, we can sort that out on the spot so the money goes straight back into your account. If you’re worried about costs, have a chat with your doctor or our practice manager we’re always happy to help.

- Medicare Requirement: Please present your Medicare card at each consultation.
- After-Hours Charges: Higher rates apply for visits before 8 AM on weekdays.
- Medicare Rebate for Pre-Employment or Insurance Medicals: Not available, as these are privately billed.
- Workers' Compensation Billing: Patients pay upfront and claim reimbursement from WorkCover.
- Discounts for Aged Pensioners & Healthcare Card Holders: Available with a valid card.
- Billing for Acupuncture & Laser Consultations: These are privately billed and not covered by Medicare.
